This project was a complete first floor renovation completed in partnership with our client, Mollie, and Charlie Nicole Design. Together, we transformed the main living spaces into a home that feels more open, functional, and thoughtfully connected.

The renovation included a complete kitchen redesign with a new layout, custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, relocated plumbing and electrical, and new sliding glass doors to improve the flow of the space. We also built a custom powder bathroom, created a feature wall, remodeled the fireplace, installed new flooring throughout the first floor, and finished the project with fresh interior paint, new baseboards, and updated door trim.

Located in Shady Hollow, this renovation was designed to modernize the home while preserving its character. Every detail was carefully planned to improve how the space looks, feels, and functions for everyday living.

We're honored that after seeing the finished results, Mollie chose to continue working with Fit Build Construction and Charlie Nicole Design on the next phase of her home, a complete exterior renovation.
