We check the work, handle small maintenance before it turns into a repair, and keep your home in good shape. Same crew, same standard, on your calendar instead of your to-do list.

What does it cover?

Scheduled Home Care visits, an inspection of the work we did, and small maintenance during your included time. Think caulk, grout, fixtures, cabinets, doors, hardware, trim, paint, drywall, and sealants. It keeps our work and your home in good shape. It is maintenance, not a warranty on appliances.

How do I schedule my visits?

Pick your plan and pay online, and we will reach out to set your first Home Care visit. As a member you get priority scheduling, so you are booked ahead of non-members.

What is the $250 Premium credit?

Premium members get a $250 Fit Build service credit each year toward more repair or maintenance work, beyond your included Home Care time. The credit resets every year and does not roll over.

What if I need work that is outside the plan?

Anything beyond your included time or the standard Home Care scope is quoted separately, at member priority. Premium members can put their annual credit toward it.
