Wagon Train Remodel

The Wagon Train project was an exciting opportunity to transform an older home into something truly special. We teamed up with Draft and Design Co. to design and build a 700-square-foot addition that not only expanded the home’s footprint but also elevated its overall functionality and livability.

From start to finish, this was a comprehensive remodel. We replaced the siding, installed brand-new energy-efficient windows, and put on a durable new roof to ensure the home is protected for years to come. Inside, we completely updated the layout and finishes, adding custom cabinets and a one-of-a-kind railing that serve as standout design features. We also installed hardwood floors throughout, giving the home a timeless, warm aesthetic.

Every detail was considered—from new interior and exterior doors to fully remodeled bathrooms. The result is a space that feels essentially brand new while still preserving the charm and character of the original home.

This was a six-month build, fully permitted and approved through the City of Austin, and it reflects the effort of a strong collaboration between design and construction. The finished home is not just renovated—it’s been reimagined into a space that combines modern comfort, craftsmanship, and enduring style.
