Townes Remodel

The Townes Remodel was a full-home renovation in Tarrytown, Austin that transformed an outdated house into a modern, functional home designed for everyday living. Completed in just 74 days and within budget, the project included a complete kitchen remodel, multiple bathroom renovations, a laundry room update, new hardwood flooring throughout, fresh interior paint, and a custom staircase that became one of the home's defining architectural features.

The kitchen was completely redesigned to improve both function and flow. The original island sat nearly eight feet from the surrounding cabinetry, creating an inefficient layout. By repositioning and expanding the island, we created a more practical gathering space complemented by custom cabinetry, premium countertops, quality fixtures, and high-end appliances. Throughout the home, each bathroom was updated with its own unique style, featuring custom vanities, upgraded fixtures, and carefully selected tile, including soft pink tile in the secondary bathroom and calming blue tile in the guest bath.

One of the standout features of the remodel is the custom staircase with open risers and a handcrafted walnut handrail. Combined with the new hardwood flooring and fresh interior paint, these details bring warmth, character, and continuity to every room while reflecting the quality craftsmanship behind the entire renovation.
