Charlie Nicole Design worked closely with the homeowner to develop a thoughtful layout, while selections for materials, finishes, and fixtures were made together, bringing a shared vision to life in a way that feels both personal and intentional.
Fit Build handled the full transformation, executing each phase with precision and attention to detail. The space features rift-sawn white oak cabinetry, quartz countertops with custom edging, and handmade Zia tile selected by the homeowner for the backsplash. Every element from stain choices to finish details, was carefully considered through collaboration between the homeowner, designer, and builder.
From demo to completion, the project took approximately two months, resulting in a clean, cohesive space that reflects both craftsmanship and the personality behind it. It’s a project we’re proud of—and one that sets the tone for future work on this home.
