The Hickory project was a complete transformation, featuring a 600-square-foot addition and a full home renovation designed to meet the needs of a growing family. We added an extra bathroom upstairs and relocated an existing downstairs bathroom to a more practical location, improving the home’s overall layout. A new mudroom and laundry room were created, offering convenience where none existed before. The renovation also included the addition of two bedrooms and a game room, providing ample space for family living and recreation.

This project featured stunning custom details, including rift-sawn white oak cabinetry, quartz countertops, designer tile, and modern finishes. A striking steel railing added a contemporary touch, while a massive steel beam now supports the new floor, ensuring long-lasting structural integrity. The entire home was fully permitted, and we installed brand-new windows and shower glass, both covered by lifetime warranties. Energy efficiency was a top priority, with spray foam insulation applied throughout the home. Additionally, the property was entirely re-plumbed and rewired for safety and functionality.

Completed in just six months, this renovation highlights the value of thoughtful design and craftsmanship in creating a beautiful, functional, and personalized living space for a growing family.
