Dedham Remodel

The Dedham Project completely transformed both the look and functionality of this home. What began as a layout that no longer fit the homeowners' needs became a thoughtfully redesigned space built for everyday living.

One of the biggest changes was relocating the staircase, which originally sat in the middle of the home and interrupted the natural flow. Moving the stairs opened up the main living areas and created a more functional, inviting layout throughout the house.

From there, we installed wood-look tile flooring throughout the main level and built a custom kitchen designed to become the heart of the home. The former dining room was reimagined as a butler's pantry with a dedicated home office, adding valuable storage and workspace without sacrificing style.

The powder bathroom was completely reframed to create a cleaner, more functional layout. In the primary suite, we reworked the framing to expand the walk-in closet while maintaining a spacious bedroom, then completed a full remodel of the primary bathroom with quality finishes and custom details.

The homeowners selected many of the finishes, while our team helped guide the design to ensure every space worked together. The custom cabinetry was finished with our signature Antique Barrel stain and paired with warm, creamy painted cabinets for a timeless look.

Additional improvements included a custom staircase and railing, new windows, updated door casings and baseboards, custom wainscoting, fresh interior paint, and high-end finishes throughout the home.
