Balcones was truly a project like no other—an inspired blend of modern function and classic charm. After a series of thoughtful interviews, our clients entrusted us with the transformation of their kitchen and the addition of a new bathroom and bedroom to support their growing family.
Drawing from the warmth and character of Mid-Century Modern and 1950s Ranch style homes, we incorporated natural wood tones and nostalgic details throughout the design. The kitchen showcases high-end custom cabinetry, terrazzo tile reminiscent of the era, panel-ready appliances, dual faucets, a generous 60-inch sink, and two dishwashers—all tailored for ultimate daily functionality.
For the bathroom, we reimagined a dated layout into a stylish Jack and Jill setup, using striking tile selections from The Tile Bar. A nod to the iconic pink-tiled bathrooms of the 1950s is subtly reflected in the color palette and material choices, merging vintage sensibility with updated comfort.
