The Augusta Project is a full-home renovation that transformed a dated interior into a cohesive, elevated living space defined by custom craftsmanship and thoughtful design.
The kitchen was completely reworked with custom cabinetry, functional pull-outs, and a built-in countertop outlet for a clean, modern finish. Ceiling heights were raised from 7 to 8 feet, opening up the space and bringing in more natural light. A custom mudroom was added to balance everyday function with refined design, alongside a bold powder bath featuring designer wallpaper and a floating marble sink.
A standout bar area was introduced with a Mediterranean-inspired arch and green marble backsplash, creating a strong focal point for entertaining. The fireplace, staircase, and railing were fully rebuilt, now finished with custom white oak treads that add warmth throughout the home.
Both the hall and primary bathrooms were fully remodeled, with the primary suite designed as a spa-like retreat—featuring large-format porcelain slabs, Venetian plaster, and custom fixtures. To tie everything together, the home received a level-five finish, fresh paint, new baseboards, updated trim, and all-new flooring. Additional updates included converting a sliding glass door into a window and adding a custom banquette.
This project reflects a high level of residential remodeling, where every detail was intentionally designed and executed.
